MachinePicker is an independent equipment review platform dedicated to helping makers, small manufacturers, and workshop owners choose the right CNC routers, laser engravers, 3D printers, and accessories for their needs and budgets.

Our Mission

We believe that choosing industrial equipment should not require weeks of research across dozens of conflicting sources. Our mission is to provide clear, data-driven reviews and comparisons that you can trust, based on hands-on testing in real workshop conditions.

How We Test

Every machine we review goes through a standardized testing protocol. For CNC routers, we run cuts in hardwood, MDF, and aluminum, measuring accuracy to within 0.01mm. For laser engravers, we test marking speed, depth, and quality across 15+ materials. For 3D printers, we evaluate dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and material compatibility.

We do not accept payment for reviews. Our recommendations are based solely on testing results and long-term reliability data collected from owner surveys and our own extended use.
